“I would have preferred to pay a little extra so that the box could have contained the polish tins more comfortably. I'd looked at the Paul smith set that was too expensive but I think a half way house would have suited best. nevertheless the box is lovely and Im sure the present will go down well. delivery was excellent.”

“Product range excellent, easy to order and delivery was as predicted. Very happy with the product and service. Only query is 'the wish list'. A second purchase I intended to make was foiled because size was unavailable. I clicked wish list but it appears to disappear into some void. Can I expect an email to tell me it is in stock? davidatbare”

“First, DON'T SEND REQUESTS FOR FEEDBACK BEFORE YOU HAVE EVEN DISPATCHED THE GOODS. It's massively irritating and it very nearly had me mark my satisfaction as Very Poor. Other than that, the service was good and the item was just what I expected.”

“Good service. However i would not order online again as i was not made aware of the £3.95 deduction of delivery cost for returned items. It cost me about £8 to try on the top i ordered! Not a happy bunny :(”

“this is the first time I've ever been on Stuarts London and it's definitely the quickest, easiest and cheapest site I know, trains cam the following day as said and were £10 cheaper than other site and shops!”

“Best clothes shop around. Always something new ( Exclusives ). Best service and I have always found the staff very helpful. . Probably best to go in the shop as there's to much to view online. Postal service very fast , will always shop at Stuarts............. One happy shopper ::::::”

“I ordered a pair of trousers - and made an online query which was answered almost immediately. Impressive! - which were despatched the same day and arrived the following day without any fuss or drama. If the online photos had included pictures of the trousers on a model (preferably with some guide to the height/size of the model too) and perhaps some kind of description of the 'fit' (slim, straight, skinny etc) I would have added the final star to the rating.”
