“Shoe box had been taped before sending and further damage possibly during transit.When expensive gift you like to give it looking nice.All service from staff at Stuart's excellent at point of sale and after sales service.Would recommend to anyone.Would purchase from them again.Problem resolved with a telephone call.”

“The second time I have bought online from Stuarts, and both have been good experiences. The free postage is very appealing. If I was going to improve the website I would add more detailed sizing info to the product descriptions. That said, repsonses to questions are quick via email.”

“Excellent Sunspel product at a very competitive price. Delivery quick and efficient. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 is that the boxes arrived very squashed (probably not Stuart's fault? although maybe they could improve the packaging for transit), as they did last time and don't look very good, as for a present.”

“Well designed and helpful online store, specialized but wide offer, easy purchase, fair prices, secure and clear terms ans conditions. All in all, a fine shopping experience. My only complaint is a minor one: though the page stated that the parcel would be delivered in 2-3 days after shipping, actually it took the courier 6 working days to deliver it. No problem anyway cause they offer a tracking service.”

“I bought a pair of Nike Blazers, as they were more affordable than on ASOS, plus from a local London company which is cool. When i signed up there was an error when trying to enter a different delivery address, you have to enter your delivery address on every screen in the process which is a nuisance. Fortunately Stuarts has an excellent customer service system, and corrected the mistake before delivery, and they came within 3 days. I had a look at the rest of the site and there's a great selection i haven't seen elsewhere. Probably go visit the shop sometime.”
