“I could not edit my shipping address online. That's not very impressive, although most websites are faulty, I find. I had to get on the phone to sort it out. They publish a phone number, which is unusual. What is more, they answer the phone and help you, so they redeemed themselves. The goods arrived, no problem, and very nice too.”

“Thank you for responding to my order so quickly - as usual they are good quality products and I am looking forward to giving them as gifts for Christmas. The reason you haven't had a "very good" review is given below: I would like to tell you about the experience with the courier, DPD (although your delivery note mentioned the carrier as Royal Mail(?). I arranged for the package to be collected at their Bristol depot on Monday 10th November between 1800 and 1900. I turned up during this time and the package was not there. The staff at the depot couldn't have been more helpful and were genuinely concerned that my parcel wasn't there. One of the guys arranged for the day shift to call me the next day, but by the middle of the afternoon I hadn't received a call, so rang their customer services who rather reluctantly said they would get someone from Bristol to call me. I didn't get a call but in the meantime I got another email to say that the package was ready for collection on Wednesday 12th. Just to make sure I called beforehand and confirmed the package was there, and collected it with no problem. Later that day I received a call from the Bristol depot ... better late than never? I would like to suggest that although the staff on the collection desk at the Bristol depot are very good, the rest of the operation at DPD leaves a little to be desired.”

“Stuarts London are a great retailer too buy from- a great range of collections, packed and delivered quickly, and a great customer service when you contact them. The only thing which is preventing a great service is their courier. The courier does not always record the correct delivery address (even if it is correct on the order) and this means they fail to deliver to the right place. They are also impossible to contact by phone, which means you will have to deal with the retailer direct if you need clarity on your deliveries. If you need something on time for a specific occasion, you are advised to collect from the shop.”

“A very well-designed website, with plenty of brands and sale offer items. A very good thing about Stuarts is their wide range of delivery options, which includes two Saturday delivery options, a Sunday option, and even locker drop-offs. Unfortunately, I asked for a stated day delivery and received the items a day late, which is why I can't give them 5 stars; however, this will not stop me from using Stuarts in the future and I would recommend them.”
