“I ordered two Mother of Thousands succulents--it was quite cold here, in the low 20s, but the heat pack kept them alive and well. The babies had all fallen off, but they were also healthy and already starting to root in the soil. I repotted everyone and all are happy. I am very pleased with my purchase and will most definitely order from Succulents Depot again.”

“My order was well packed and arrived in excellent condition. The SD staff has been helpful and professional. I did not have success first two times I tried this same plant. I have had more extensive conversations with the staff before trying a third time. The new growing strategies that we discussed appear, after one week, to be working well. A very nice plant!”

“Plant was not in very good condition when it arrived. Soil on roots was bone dry (roots not wrapped in plastic wrap) dying leaves, and had to cut it back a lot. Hopefully it will still survive.”

“Plants arrived alive and healthy, except for the Crassula "Calico Kitten" plant that was packed poorly so it came with 1/3 broken branches on the top and had to be cut off. I'd recommend adding a protective cupfor shipping plants with taller & crunchier branches.”
