“My order consisted of #10 2” inch cacti. They fit snugly into the box & we’re packaged well. If you’re concerned about a little dirt on your cacti when they arrive, beware this can happen. It was not a big deal to me & I just used a small makeup brush to remove the dirt. The package took 3 business days to arrive. Overall, I am very pleased with the selection I received & will be ordering more in the future! Next time I plan on purchasing 4” inch cacti.”

“At first the quality of the plants was great, now it's hit and miss. They are so small now, when they arrive, they are so beaten up and stressed, they soon die. Because of this, I will be canceling my subscription.”

“never received product. Having a very hard time getting a refund too. Bought a plant last year from them and it delivered broken and died within 3 days. They refunded me with a gift card which i did not use until this last month. I ordered a cactus which was supposed to deliver a week ago. It has not been found anywhere despite multiple talks with the USPS delivery person. I checked around my complex and still nothing. They haven’t responded to my emails except once telling me to ask my neighbors and the post office. Which i did and they’ve never seen the package. At this point I just want my full refund, including the money they gave back in the form of a gift card. Both purchases from this company have been nothing but headaches. They also invite you to review their website, you cannot leave reviews unless you are invited. It’s a shady website all around and I do not recommend anyone to purchase plants from them. Use a more reputable site or a local nursery.”

“I've been trying to get the string of pearls succulent for a while now. It's quite pricy and this is the best price I could find on this plant. It arrived very fast. I've been tracking the shipment so I could pick it up at the post office the moment it arrived. I wish it was packaged with packing peanuts around it, because it was just a plant in a pot wrapped in paper. However, the plant doesn't seemed to be damaged. It looks great! I haven't repotted it yet, per instructions and I limited amount of sun it was getting the first week. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase and I love the selection and variety of succulents on this site. I already saw at least 4-5 unique succulents that I want to add to my collection.”

“When I shopped the first time around at succulents depot, most of my plants were really small and they did not take at all. I was hesitant to shop again and stayed away for a very long time. I finally decided to give succulents depot a second chance and I am very pleased with my purchase this time around. One of my most expensive succulent is small but I think I have learned how to keep them alive. Not watering in the summer heat is a must for some of them to survive. I hope that I can keep it alive this time around.”
