“2 out of 3 of my plants were great but one isnt looking so hot. My trailing jade and string of rain drops came as a complete plant with an attached root system but the ruby necklace came as a bunch of individual branches with hardly any roots to speak of. I tried to salvage as much as I could but 2 weeks later and it's not looking so good. The other two are doing great and I have even started to see new growth.”

“I've placed one order, and when I received it, I was very impressed with the packaging and the succulents. Very carefully packaged, each succulent that was with soil was mostly still in place. I signed up for my monthly membership and received my first shipment shortly after, each shipment has a page that identifies the name of each succulent. Succulent Depot is a very professional company, that obviously wants to please their customer. Thank You.”

“Okay first of all, I just wanna say that the packaging was on point! Each plant was carefully individually wrapped. They were carefully placed in the box. Not just thrown in the box like some other companies. I ordered a ton of plants so it felt like Christmas morning opening each package. Haha! The plants were absolutely beautiful. I loved every single one. I transplanted them into pots and have had them now for a couple weeks. They are growing beautifully. I was also surprised about how vibrant these plants are. You have gained a very happy customer.”

“The plants are beautiful and so far doing well. The packaging was not so good...all the dirt were out of the containers and all over the box. I understand that could happen during shipping but maybe pack them with less room to move around.”

“My string of pearls arrives so quickly and in perfect condition. I was super skeptical because it was coming from across the county and so affordably priced, but I was pleasantly surprised. Its only been just a week and my plant is growing beautifully already. Looking forward to repotting when it's ready and hanging it in my bathroom.”
