“Second time I ordered from succulents depot. Contacted customer service 3 times and no response. Heat pack was loose in box, box was damaged from mail and the pachyveria bubble had only a few leaves on it, and the remaining leaves keep falling off. I will order elsewhere in the future.”

“I'm very happy with my plant. I purchased the warming pack and I believe it protected it from the cold a long the shipping adventure. My plant was packed really well and perked up within a few days. I planted immediately. Although no instructions were included I searched the page where I first placed my order. After all that I received an email about an hour or so after with instructions. Perhaps a QR code with a link to instructions would be helpful for future purchases or buyers.”
