“Ordering was very easy and pricing was really good. Only downside was my order got delayed and ended up being dead by the time I actually got it. The soil was bone dry and heat-packs had been long dead as well. Def no fault of Succulents Depot, just crappy postal service.”

“Three of my items looked terrible when I got them.i did reach out to your support team with my thoughts and some pictures. The swedish I y has since perked up and seems to be ok so far. Both crown of thorns lost all their leaves and and it's a wait and see. The other half of my order was great though. Whether I buy again is dependent on how they do.”

“Delivery is very disapointing. I paid for priory 3-5 day delivery and received the plants 14 days later with half of the plants dead and the other half under stress. After multiple calls with the company and the post office, I found the plants were never shipped when I was told they were. The company offered to resend new plants but I had to jump through more hoops and who knows when I would receive the new plants.”

“No plastic pot, super dry and yellow looking leaves. Horrible! I put in this plastic cup when I picked it up at Post Office and gave it a bit of water. Dirt went easy in my car.😠”

“Very reasonably priced as well as an awesome variety of items to choose from. This is my second order the first was just a couple weeks ago. The first order arrived intact and not frozen. I live in Northern Michigan the tem the day the cactus driver it was 8 F. Outside. I have 3 flowers sprouting Already im so impressed I did a second order, I think im on my way to an outstanding adiction.”
