“Very disappointed. Plant arrived nearly dead with no soil, no instructions or protection from the very cold weather. I planted it immediately in miracle grow plant soil and after 2 weeks it still hasn't recovered. Pictures attached. I highly doubt I will ever order again.”

“I ordered several plants to replace some that died while was away for an extended time. The new ones arrived on time and very healthy. I put in larger pots with good soil and all seem to be thriving. Thanks for sending such great plants.”

“The root bases weren’t very developed. They were also damaged by temperature— perhaps my fault and I should have ordered more warming pads. I don’t think they’llre survivable— Bummer!”

“My plant looks dead. I’m hopeful that it will come back. Right now I’m waiting to see if that will happen. Otherwise a pretty positive interaction. The plant was shipped out quickly and packed well. I was glad that they offered the plant I was wanting at a pretty reasonable price.”

“I sent a photo and comment on the purchase of Thorn of Crown that arrived dead and 1/3 odf the sise of the picture. I requested a refund and so far no reply. Terribly disturbing”
