“It arrived during a cold snap and the heat pack worked very well. The soil was all over the leaves and this was difficult to remove. It damaged some of the leaves. The root system was well developed and I believe the plant will recover.”

“My succulents came promptly. Very satisfied with that and that they looked very healthy. One came in a small pot, which was perfect. The other however just came in a bottomless bag. So with out realizing it I picked it up and all the dirt and lots of the plant fell to the floor. I was very sad and disappointed about that.”

“While we are frequent and loyal customers, unfortunately our most recent delivery was very unsatisfactory. Plants were small, soils were either too wet or too dry and the ivers quality was substandard.”

“My Peperomia 'Ruby Cascade arrived in excellent shape, well packed. Moisture meter says the soil is still a bit damp after two weeks so I will wait a while before I water. Plant has already grown 20% bigger!”
