“Three out of 6 crown of thorns arrived looking poor. One out of six is dead. The company hasn’t responded to either of my emails. Asked for replacement or refund. Have heard nothing”

“I am very happy with my purchase. It took awhile to get my plants, but they were coming from across the country. It was very cold here and by the time I got home to get them out of the mailbox, they had been in there for over two hours. I immediately unboxed them and gave them a drink and misted them. They appear to be perking up quite nicely. I plan on waiting until spring to repot them, when I’m ready to put them outside. They are my first Christmas cactus and I’m excited to see how they do.”

“The plants were safely wrapped and packaged in a very sturdy box. Everything was as we ordered and as we expected them to be, strong healthy plants. On the seller’s advice we bought the two heat packs for shipping. They arrived on one of the colder days but thankfully I was home to bring the box in as soon as it was delivered. We potted them up right away following the planting instructions and every one of them is thriving! I’m very pleased. Fast shipping, they even arrived a day earlier than expected.”
