“I purchased two plants. One of them is growing well, but the other arrived in poor condition. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to give the plant a few days to recover. However, after four days, the plant died. I followed up by email, but it’s been a few days and I haven’t received a response.”

“Best nursery I've ever purchased from via internet! These guys know their succulents and sent me the correct plant.....the first company to do so. The plant was in good shape and after replanting less than a week later it's thriving! They got my repeat business for sure!
