“Sundae team was phenomenal! Cherry Lane team need's improvement on communication and explanation of the process. It was a bit of a challenge but every time the sundae team stepped in they made things happen. Huge shout out to Nichole and Bryon who were patient and flexible throughout the whole process.”

“The agent we worked with was good. We were very disappointed with the photos they were not accurate in replicating the value of our home. Make home look very small and cluttered like a trailer. Would have preferred use our own photos.”

Our team follows a standard process of conducting a home visit to assess property conditions, collect photos, and 3D videos as appropriate to be able to prepare your listing on our marketplace. “Tabor met me at one of my Rental Properties. I was not a good fit for the Sundae program but Tabor was gracious about discussing my options and gave me a good contact to solve a problem that didn't benefit him at all. I will provide fellow investors with his information as they continue the journey of owning rental property.”

“The box code to see the house was wrong so we could not view the home. The pictures were outdated on the info site. One of the windows in the home had calk around a piece of plexiglass in place of the window, which if you pushed on it a little the top caved in into the home. Gutters leaked. The back yard had debris all over.”

“Did not know for sure when I started with sundae. But by the time we closed I was impressed. If I had a question .witch I had a lot . it was answered right away or I was sent to the person that had the answers. Antonio did a fantastic job for me. Very happy.”
