“I had seen Sundae on Dr Phil and while back...My mom pasted March 2022, she and my stepfather purchased this home 54yrs ago. My stepdad passed away when I was a senior in high school and my mom was able to finish raising her three children in this home. We all finished high school, one went to college, one went to th Navy and the other went to work, this was the family home. This home was old when we moved in it and since then it has it share of issues, damage and it was time to let go. We are so thankful to Sundae for helping us with the sale of the property. It sold very quickly”

“Stoney was the first to respond to my search and, for me, that's huge! He continued his commitment until I closed on my house. His actions matched his words. Service doesn't get any better than that. “Refreshingly, surprisingly easy and stress-free. (And I am a real estate agent of 20 years, but when it came time to selling my own house, Sundae made the most sense for me!). “It’s been a while since I’ve sold my home with Sundae. I called a few fast-trackers and I was very pleased with the service and results I received from the company and from Anthony Vasquez.
