“The reason I have rated sunshine holidays with a five is because they make your holiday special & so easy to book. I love the fact that you can pay a pound deposit to secure that special holiday, which gives you the time to pay it up, I also love the fact that you can add-on those little extras as you go along & you have that little bit more time to pay the balance compared to other travel agents. The staff are also friendly & very helpful. The other thing I like is that sunshine holidays are with you all the way from the minute you book your holiday until you return home. In all my experience with sunshine holidays is positive & I've recommended them to a lot of people. I will continue to book my holidays through you.”

“Unable to contact by telephone. Can wait over an hour and still not get through. Emails take a while to respond. Some of the on line options don't work when you need to manage your bookings.Overall very poor customer service”

“I overpaid on my holiday and wanted the refund made to my wifes card which was the card the deposit was paid on. As I paid the balance on my card, amount 609.13, I was told that the refund could only be made on the last card used. I dont understand why? Just the inconvenience of me having to pay the money back to her card from my card”

“Very easy to book BUT the same holiday dates flights etc was coming up nearly £100 cheaper few hours after we booked because we were looking for our daughter and husband to come with us so not very happy luggage included in their flight price but charged for ours ?”
