“First experience with Sunshine.co.uk. Got a bargain or so I thought. Must have been a glitch on the system as the flights were not added to my booking but were there when I priced up the holiday.i I realised there was an issue the next day when I went back on to look at it again. Found the price had gone up by £550 each. 100% definite the flights were on when I booked as I looked at the times etc. 36 hours later I got a text to contact Sunshine. Tried twice and sat in a queue twice for 15 to 20 mins and both times the phone went silent. Apparently they've tried to contact me to resolve the situation and haven't been able to speak to me. Utter rubbish!! They've made no effort to resolve this. First and last experience for me.”
