“Time taken to confirm holiday bookings is to long. The time taken to make amendments is far to long. My daughter was charged an admin fee of £50. to ADD another passenger to her booking, this is ridiculous. It costs £30. to cancel a booking but £50. to add to a booking?????”

“i booked holiday and i am the lead passenger.you have my address,my phone number and my email address but someone at your end has put barry evans as lead passenger.so when i phoned with a query the person i spoke to would not enter into a discussion with me.”

“I like my holidays and for the past 2 years since finding Sunshine I have never booked with anyone else. Its straight forward and always the cheapest. In the 2 years I have never had 1 complaint.”

“We booked with you last year and we had no problems there's just 1 problem and it is the 4.95 admin fee which ends up being a lot of money when u pay instorments every week or month so yea it's a lot of money to keep paying out on top of your holiday.”

“My own personal relationship with Sunshine.Co.Uk goes back many years and despite worrying times in the travel industry I remain loyal and intend booking further holidays abroad next year.I use Sunshine as they offer a user friendly website,a good variety of flights,hotels and transfer services,the whole package at very competitive prices, I wouldn't go anywhere else !!!!!!”
