“Very rude customer service when we called to ask how to book in on line they asked my husband who was the lead passage questions but because he had not done the booking and can’t read the printed document she said she could not help, so I called back and spoke to a live gentleman on booking line who went through everything and helped as my husband is 74 and was getting upset.”
