“There customer care is exceptional. They keep you updated even with a countdown to you holiday you receive reminders of what to do and what to print off. The day before your holiday they send you a e-mail wishing you a great holiday and on return they ask you if you had a good time. If you did have a problem which we didn't there is a phone number for you to contact them. Most holiday companies take you money send the ticket and you have no further contact with them. Sunshine want to ensure you have all the information you need and have a great holiday, its the little touches that makes the difference.”
