“Sunshine made a mistake with my surname on the booking and I had to ring TUI myself to rectify and they advised if there was a charge I would be liable. Also on the site send and receive messages, I sent a message on 26th April, the same day I booked and you are supposed to get a reply in 48 hours but I had to send a 2nd message on the 30th April before they replied.”

“This is the first time on booking a holiday I booked with sunshine holiday as the price was in my budget only to be told the next day there was no quadruple rooms left so had to down size to triple room and pay an extra £161 and when looking at the holiday again on the web site it was still showing them rooms were still available.”
