“I particularly liked the fact that the telephone line was answered almost immediately and I wasn't left hanging on for ages like other companies. Also, the assistant was very polite, patient and helpful, although there was one person who was quite abrupt, patronising and not very helpful, I just wish i'd taken her name :(”
