“Very easy to view and book holidays especially for a complete beginner like me that’s not used to booking online or travelling much. Also very reassuring to have a number to call if you need any help and advice and the staff on the phone are super helpful and friendly”

“I particularly liked the fact that the telephone line was answered almost immediately and I wasn't left hanging on for ages like other companies. Also, the assistant was very polite, patient and helpful, although there was one person who was quite abrupt, patronising and not very helpful, I just wish i'd taken her name :(”
