“Fantastic customer service, both over the internet and telephone. Courteous and helpful staff throughout. E mail reminders of balance left to pay each month, allowing the customer to pay as much off the balance as they wanted. Would most certainly book with Sunshine again and recommend them to my friends. Well done and thank you, fab service, great hotel and amazing holiday”

“Sunshine offered a great way to plan, pay for and prepare for a holiday, starting off with an easy-to-use website, taking a deposit and then reminding us by e-mail at every stage when we needed to pay the balance, check in online, essential things to take etc. Everything went smoothly with the flights and we got checked in straight away at the hotel and given the room that we'd asked for. The hotel and resort were exactly what we expected and we were very happy with everything. The wall-to-wall sunshine was the icing on the cake. Similarly, checking out was fine and the hotel stored our luggage for us to collect later in the day. The return journey also went according to plan and we arrived home feeling that we'd had a lovely holiday at a reasonable price.”

“The booking process was simple and the transfers and parking amazingly easy and straightforward making it a true holiday from start to finish, the hotel fantastic just the Thomson flight let it down”

“Excellent booking all the way through, easy to understand with added options to add to our booking if we wanted to... Transfers, travel insurance etc... Got great information on where we was staying which everything was spot on. So all in all had a really fab time and will definitely be back again to book. Loved every minute of our holiday, so thank you to sunshine. co. uk”
