“Been easy to follow and deal with”

“Booking was fine but we tried to add reserved flight seats through sunshine and the whole experience was a pain. It would say our request was accepted but when checking with the airline it was not. After a few emails back and forth we had to do it direct with airline in the end, which would not be a problem if known this in the first place”
