“In some low bughet hotels they do write free WF but you paid for that ex.Amar sina hotel in others the do carge for you 5 pounds per day for the use off ac ex Selen2 hotel in Icmeler”

“Benidorm is our favourite holiday destination at present so we thoroughly enjoyed the latest trip and all arrangements made by Sushine were satisfactory. However the apartment we chose from the list provided, Mariscal iv and v apartments, had one very serious drawback for us. There is no on-site reception in either apartment block from which to collect room keys and when someone arrives "out of hours" as we apparently did, at 2pm on Saturday 14 March 2015, according to the information provided, the keys must be collected from a distant address which turned out to be a taxi-ride away. We rang the phone number provided on the accommodation voucher and were advised that it was the WRONG number but the lady we spoke to nevertheless undertook to help us by giving directions and calling a taxi for us to go and collect the keys. From arrival at the apartments to eventually gaining access to our room took the best part of an hour. A not very pleasant experience when you have already been travelling for some 8-9 hours. We would definitely not recommend those apartments on that account only as they were otherwise satisfactory. It was fortunate that we were two adults and not a family with small children or whatever.”

“Every part of the holiday went well, flights, pickup transfers to the hotel and back to the airport were good, the hotel was very good. At some point in the future we will use Sunshine holidays again. Unfortunately our timing in March did not bring the best weather but we had a great holiday. Thank you Sunshine.”
