“Excellant service from start to finish,loved the e mails sent each month. Everything went smoothly (even the coach picked us up from the hotel on time !!) only draw back was the instructions on how to get to Valet Parking at Gatwick Airport early in the morning. Drove round and round trying to find it instructions not clear at all.”

“Used them for a few years now, good prices, but changed their terms and conditions last year to put the onus on the customer should anything go wrong. So bear in mind when booking. Happened to us last summer, and we ended up moving hotel, no help from Sunshine apart from polite emails back. Make sure it's cheap enough that you can afford to sort things yourself. But on the whole, we haven't had a problem apart from that once. We've actually booked to go back to the hotel we changed to this year....through Sunshine!”
