"I went to Tenerife last Monday and by Wednesday experienced bed bugs in my room.\r\nThe hotel changed my room and upgraded me to all-inc but I didn't need this as I was traveling out and about everyday.\r\nSunshine gave me 30 pounds refund which is not acceptable because I want a full refund.\r\nThis was a ongoing problem from before in this hotel and other customers experience the same problem as me.\r\nThe hotel in question was called blue sea Puerto.\r\nThis hotel should be closed down until the bed bugs problem is gone completely.\r\nSunshine has even offered me a 50 pounds voucher for another holiday which I refused.\r\nI will never use this company again as they have ruined my holiday and don't want to give me a full refund."
