“Our hotel was booked through monarch hotels which went bankrupt during our stay. We were asked by hotel to pay again for our week stay but one phone call to sunshine holidays this was sorted quickly with no extra costs or worry enabling us to continue our holiday. Will definately use them again without hesitation”

“We were due to fly to Crete with Monarch airlines as they went into administration we were left with no flights a day before we were due to fly. Sunshine Holidays worked so hard and found us another flight straight away so we didn't lose our holiday. They were supportive from the beginning and made sure we got our holiday. We can't express enough how brilliant they were. We will definitely be booking with them again in 2018.”
