“The booking was easy to do, but wanted to add extra luggage to hold but not paying £30 admin fee that's high for a slight change to luggage only! Hopefully transfer to holiday resort will go to plan there as last time I used Sunshine it didn't had to wait a long time to get taken to hotel and we were not on a transfer list although I had my copy luckily to prove I had booked it! Apart from that all straightforward. Thanks👍😊 The next rating depends how our holiday plans go 10 if all goes well if not will get a different review after hols”

“The advisors are a little too helpful,if that makes sense,I was booking a holiday online and I rang sunshine to ask for some advice and the advisor booked it all for me there and then over the phone but I really didn't want her to,I was just ringing to ask a quick question.”
