“Very bad customer service, no contact phone number, keeps stating that my email is not recognised but I’m being sent emails. Unable to cancel the holiday as you can’t actually contact anyone and no one responds to any Emails.”

“When trying to add in-flight extras (seats) the site does not allow me to 'confirm'. The seats requirement is input and a cost of £78 appears but a 'no entry' sign appears when hovering over 'confirm'. The help desk just advise me to go to manage booking. Very frustrating. 07803614033”

“Used sunshine holidays few times in the past, only had one bad experience with hotel Not being what it's supposed to be ie nothing like photos on website. Looking forward to my next holiday in June with expectations of hotel being what is advertised.”

“I always enjoying using Sunshine, I always get a good deal. The only thing I would change is they when using the holiday finder, you are often presented with a return flight to a different airport than you departed from if this would be a cheaper option. This is easy to change but if someone wasn't paying attention they could book the flight without noticing.”
