“Having booked accommodation,I required further information and found the person I contacted unhelpful and disinterested. I was told to cancel if I wasn't happy. I tried contacting the hotel directly without success. It's disappointing that sunshine can book accommodation but have little ability to give any information or advice about it.”

“I have booked 5 holidays with Sunshine now and have had no problems whatsoever with the service - each holiday has gone smoothly and really enjoyable. I will continue to book with them as I find them the cheapest and affordable monthly payments.”

“Everything they said about the hotel was a lie , after having food poisoning they was trying to charge to move us hotels, never again will I use sunshine holidays. Service was very unprofessional.”
