“Unable to log into account for 3 days, rang on several occasions to be up to 47th in the Que on a 13p per minute line. Still had no contact although promised two call backs! Wish I didn’t book!!”

Hello, I am sorry to hear you are having difficulties getting in contact with our customer service team. Unfortunately around this time of year the phone lines do get incredibly busy as we are entering peak season. My apologies first and foremost of the inconvenience that this may have caused. So that my team can contact you directly, please can you send me an email containing your booking reference number and contact details? The email to contact me directly is here: shelley.robinson@sunshine.co.uk Kindest regards, Shelley Sunshine.co.uk

“I love this company and recommend to my friends and family. Website easy to use . Prices are clear and their description of accomodation is spot on. Their staggered payment option is great for families. When low cost beds went bust a couple of years ago, 2 days before we were due to travel, sunshine sorted everything within hours. This is our 3rd year with sunshine and i bet we'll be back again next year!”
