“We were happy with how everything was completed. However, we had to change the flight time, as the one advertised on your website that we chose first wasn’t available. Also we included transfers in our booking and total amount, but when we got the call about the flight the transfers had to be added on.”

“Everything went to plan with our party but friends of ours (who went the previous day) were failed to be picked up by the shuttle bus and had to take a taxi. Lovely hotel and overall (with our booking) very satisfied. No rep though? Is that usual?”

“Never had a problem with our bookings. On the few occasions we have had to ring our queries have been sorted even tho it takes about 30minutes to actually speak to an advisor .”
