“It was easy to find what we were looking for, but couldn't ask for a ground floor room, wasn't the availability. I cannot do stairs need to be on the ground floor”

“Hotel which I had chosen was not available when rep phone me I didn’t find her very helpful in finding an alternative, I then had 2 go on line and find another then phone back”
