“Used sunshine as usual this year. Taxi transfer to hotel was very good and all ran smoothly. We stayed at the Antigoni hotel in Protarus in Cyprus. We had stayed in this hotel twice before, but this time we were very disappointed. Previously there had been a nice mix of nationalities but now there were mainly Russians and some Brits. The hotel was desperately in need of refurbishment and the staff looked like they were past caring. Many of the other guests had complained to their reps so hopefully things will improve. On the positive side the weather was beautiful as was the pool, and there's always plenty of nightlife.”

“Was a bit wary of using the company, as normally use the major ones, for package holidays but no need to everything was fine. Transfers turned up, unlike another company I used, for previous holiday. Hotel was as described So very happy with them would certainly use again.”

“We had a love time at the Cala Nova in Puerto Rico , Staff were great nothing too much trouble, everywhere very clean , would definitely recommend,only downside was no air conditioning will definitely return.”

“Hotel was very good, and the staff were extremly professional. If there are any problems talk to the reception staff and any problems will be resolved. The surroundings are slightly dated but perfectly adequate, food is of a good quality and plenty of choice. People who complain about the hotel should take into account what they pay.”
