“the hotel i went to i had to pay 200 euro deposit there was nothing on build up to holiday telling me of this!! 200 euros is a pretty big chunk considering thats what put me off booking a nicer hotel why i went for the cheaper one there was no mention of deposit!! even on my hotel confirmation it said no deposit very disappointed tbh!!!!”
