“Making the original booking was hard work, the holiday was last minute and I couldn’t get confirmation of the booking even though I had paid! Had to ring to sort after eventually finding a telephone number. Flight booking was wrong. Hotel booking was wrong. Stressed kids on arrival at hotel who demanded another €143 for us to stay!! Not easy at all. Lucky to get one star for this review.”

“You know all would have been good if the transfers were on point. However i have paid 150-175 for nothing to just get charged an extra 35 GBP FOR A TAXI 😡😡😡”

“Following a mistake on my details it took over 12 hours to contact someone. The phone is always busy with dozens in front of me. No e-mail address the result has been a £100 cost to me.”
