“You know all would have been good if the transfers were on point. However i have paid 150-175 for nothing to just get charged an extra 35 GBP FOR A TAXI 😡😡😡”

“Following a mistake on my details it took over 12 hours to contact someone. The phone is always busy with dozens in front of me. No e-mail address the result has been a £100 cost to me.”

“Within 3 hours of booking a holiday the price reduced by £60+ and stayed reduced for 3 days+, as i booked for my friend at the reduced rate, yet they won't credit me with the difference therefore they do not offer the best possible price to their customers. I booked with love holidays last year and they refunded the difference no problem. Lesson learnt, book with Love Holidays for a price promise and best value.”
