“I booked the holiday. Bank refused the payment due to nearing my credit limit. Then you message me saying you had taken the payment twice. Which explains why the credit limit had been reached. . I have not yet had the money refunded to date and I’m not certain you have booked my holiday. Shocking”

“i have just recently booked my second holiday this year with sunshine, everything is so straight forward, they inform you of all your hol details. if you have any queries they respond very quickly, from time of booking to the time your hol comes around they are very helpful, comparing prices sunshine are very reasonably priced.and good value for money i wouldnt hesitate to book with them again thankyou sunshine”

“Made a booking and after 5 days, payment taken but no confirmation of booking sent. Tried to find a contact but there isn't one. Can't access my booking as I have no reference to do so. Not sure what the next step is. It would be good if there was a way to make contact.”
