“Was very easy app to follow and a quick response but disappointed to find the the same holiday later for almost 155 pounds cheaper with travel republic by which time it was to late to cancel ☹️”

“There Webb site is easy to use and if you do get a problem there only a phone call away and I have found you don't have to wait ages and ages to get through been with sunshine holiday's for the past 5 years and have had no problems at all”

“Holiday was cancelled by Sunshine & i am still waiting to receive my money back. I have been very patient as we were travelling on May 31st. But if I don't receive it in the next week we will be seeking legal advice & acting accordingly. I wouldn't reccomend Sunshine.co.uk to anybody. You can't get through to them on the telephone. You get cut off whichever option you choose”
