“I was told when I rang that when it was time to check in and print boarding passes that I could print going out and return ones. Tried to do this for this trip 04/06/19. It would only let me book going out !!!”

“I have rung up and waited along time to speak to someone. WAs paying by instalment. Then decided to pay off early. Messaged company person replied to day I won't have to pay all instalment charges. Still waiting for refund”

“Very easy to find what I needed and book. Confirmation came through within hours but did think when I booked and paid that would be it. Was frustrated to receive ‘we will send you confirmation if there is availability’ after I’d paid and completed as I’d already booked my flights. Fortunately all was fine and booked,”
