“Booked with sunshine.co.uk last year prior to the collapse of Thomas Cook. The service we received when this happened was exceptional. Not only were we refunded our flight money, we were also given £50 each towards another flight with jet2. I would not hesitate to recommend this company in the future. I have recently booked my hotel in tenerife for December and looking forward to our winter holiday”

“This is the second time I have used Sushine I have had no problems with making my bookings . As it is all done online I cannot comment on the helpfulness of the staff. But it was easy to find and book a holiday. However I do think someone from sunshine should actually go stay at the places they are offering as was a little disappointed with my first booking to Gran Canaria staying at playa del ingles appartments. LOS JUNCOS 1 the appartments were not what i expected . There was a young boy about 19yrs old who booked us in then he left. we only saw someone on the desk twice during our 7 day stay we had to let ourselves into the building after 7pm as the doors were locked. The pool was not heated and it was too cold to swim in even the small round paddling pool was too cold for the childrden to go in. No pool bar. The area was not good very run down there was a cafe and shop across the road and a shopping centre further along. it was a 15 minute walk down a closed in path downhill and steps to get to the beach. I wouldnt advuse walking down this path alone because of young men hanging around drinking and some asjed gor money. At the beach there were just a few shops restaraunts and bars nothing for children The apartment was very basic and the whole place was dated and in need of refurbishment . I guess this is why it was so cheap . we wont be staying there again. If i gad to scord it i would give 1 star I would add photos but I dont thnk Sunshine actually go out and revuew these places they just go on owners information so cant really blamd them The option wont let me”

“Very quick and easy quick replies but needs more info on freebird or new airlines as its worrying that I can't check in or sort my seats or no baggage info about airlines cos some are included in flights”
