“They do not stand out as diffierent any other online travel agent, but they do a good solid job, and make it fairly easy to book a flight or a flight + accomodation. As usual, the way in which the price rises each time you return to an option is nothing short of diabolical, and having to use online tools to offset this is plain annoying. But the practical arrangements for the booking I made were effective, and went pretty smoothly.”

“I was happy with the process of booking the hotel and airport transfers.Everything went downhill when I got to the hotel and found that it was substandard. I spent one night out of five and had to book another hotel. Now its looking like I will not get a refund from neither Sunshine nor the hotel despite the fact that I followed the procedure.All the correspondence in now coming from On The Beach. Trying to phone them from the UK is a nightmare, calls cost 30p per minute and the waiting time to be connected to an agent is at least 20 minutes I will not book through them again!”

“Hotel is a bit tired Don’t understand why they use tiny glasses when all inclusive some of the waiters act like they’re paying for the alcohol themselves. But it was clean and the food was good .”

“Booking my holiday I picked later flights which were more expensive. I got a telephone call to advise these flights were not available but earlier, cheaper ones were. I was not refunded the difference despite me raising this twice.”

“I have found over many years to have full trust and confidence when booking my Holiday with Sunshine ( and there have been many ) , and as we speak have booked a further two vacations this year...their pricing remains extremely competitive with a huge selection of flights and hotels catering every budget..
