“Having used them many times in general it has always worked well. One problem two years ago when the return transport didn't arrive and I had to pay for a taxi which was never reimbursed. Apart from that problem free. Price always competitive.”

“I’m really happy with the booking an paperwork, however on arrival to the hotel we got a basement room. It wasn’t what I expected, it was facing a car park at the back, it felt awful. I have a phobia of basements. Luckily for us we came with family so they swapped rooms with us. Personally I don’t think any hotel should rent these rooms out!!”
