“Made a big mistake booking the transfer taxi through Sunshine.co.uk travel company, from Malaga Airport to Torremolinos...we have been there many times and use a very easy to get, outside the departure door taxi, return airport taxi has cost us about £44 (+/- exchange rate) Turns out the Sunshine cost was £37.15 return per person which makes it £74.30....for two. Though my mistake, I missed the pp (per person) I wasn't able to cancel the booked taxi with Sunshine as they said it was after 24 hrs from booking. Their comment was that Sunshine only book competitive taxi deals....but this is way off being competitive!...thought we were saving about £10 rather than loosing £30! The reason for spotting the taxi cost print detail was we got an email that day from Sunshine notifying a return flight time change so that made us read all the documents....seems a bit unfair that they can change a flight but not accept a change in taxi requirements. Just be careful, if there had been 4 of us the taxi would have been £148.60 rather than the standard +/- £44 per car from the airport / hotel taxi service.”

“Booked a holiday with Sunshine.co.uk for next year. Have to say this was easy to do on the website and was easy to follow step by step and see the prices. I received an email to state my holiday I booked was pending, and within 15 minutes I received email confirming holiday.”

“I have not been my holiday yet and I am regretting booking through sunshine. I have requested new paperwork with updated details four times and still not got it. I am totally stressed and would like to talk to an actual person, not through emails that are being ignored.”
