“They were always happy to let you book at a cheaper price if it came up and cancel the other booking for £1. Now on the beach have taken over that doesn't happen.”

“We book through sunshine at least twice a year and they never seem to disappoint us, They always fulfill our request on higher beautiful apartments with a sea view, we never have anything to complain about, easy to book and pay for holidays on there website, we only ever use sunshine”

“The paperwork came through with 2 I McMillan's on instead of 1 and one Susan Mcmillan, phoned immediately the email came through first call 20 minutes had to give up, 2nd call 35 minutes no answer, had to give up, 3rd try 21 minutes no answer, had to give up, still not sorted and this is day 3. Terrible customer service, very worried who I have booked this holiday with.”
