“So i bought 2 x Davidoff perfumes for myself and my wife from superbalist as they were on special for 50% off.
The package came and when i opened it the mens box was sealed. The womens one had no plastic around the box and there was full fingerprints all over the bottle.
My purchase for these items were R1268.
When my wife sprayed her one there was no smell at all. When i opened my one and sprayed it there was a smell but lasted not even 5 mins! The smell was gone and these are designer perfumes!!!
I then logged a return on the superbalist app stating that these items were not up to standard as i have the same perfume which i purchased from edgars 2 years ago and the smell lasts the whole day.
My return was cancelled and i was instructed that there is no returns and refunds on these items because they were used.
Firstly how do i prove that my wifes item came unsealed?
Secondly how would i have known that these items would not even last 5 mins???
I have lost R1268 on a purchase which i feel is counterfeit goods.
Dont ever buy perfumes from superbalist because they are scam artists who will take your hard earned money with no remorse!!!”
