“Worst company ever, up to so far I've ordered 4 things ,of which my last order I picked up today is totally fake because it doesn't look like what I saw on their website ...I ordered a navy blue Gstar raw shirt ,but the order I received is a navy blue shirt with watermarks on the shirt, and it's like it was just printed ....FAKE!!! ...I'm very disappointed and it was my last time ordering from you guys”

“I ordered some pants and a pair of vans shoes, everything seemed fine until I went to collect my order. The Shoes weren't there. When I check on the app it says they were canceled but they never notified me on why they were canceled despite me paying the full amount for it. They never told me how I'll be refunded or sent my new pair of shoes. It's like they just took my money then canceled the order. Their customer service is poes. They don't pick up the phone nor respond to email. I wouldn't recommend superbalist.com to anyone. They're a scam I'm very sad about this coz I used the last money I had worked hard for. Whoever is running this takealot and superbalist store is irresponsible just getting rich off peoples money without giving them the products”

“If there was a zero rating l would have given them a zero or minus a million. I have lost so much money from transactions being charged multiple times and refunds into my account never being processed. The customer service is so poor and the agents are all dumb and dont do their work and useless. Please stay away from Superbalist they are scammers and fraudsters.”

“I ordered for a gift a medium priced pair of sunglasses R400.00 the glasses came in tissue paper and a plastic bag. I would have at least expected a case when spending this sort of money even your in store below R200 sunglasses come with a case. Very disappointing”

“I purchased some clothes and the payment was deducted 3times more from my account. Called and emailed and did everything possible to get my money back but noone assisted. And this is R4794 ranf am talking about. Please stay away from Superbalist to avoid paying the same price like l did. Am still mourning my money and l wouldnt want anyone to experience the same.”

“Ordered a sweater size small and got a large and it wasn’t even the same sweater. I also ordered a Nike trainer and it was worn out in a month. Went to a Nike store and the shoe isn’t even the same..They sell fake stuff.”

“I requested a collection on the 2nd June - and pick up was for 8th june- orders 8029064 and 8028894, I requested a return again for other items on the 7th june pick up was scheduled for 9th of June. I have been working from home since lockdown to date and if im not at home there is always someone home. The couriers did not once arrive from the 8June till today 24th JUNE. I finally sent an email on the 12 June - Nadine Piedt response and said couriers will arrive the next day the 13th, they did not arrive i sent an email telling them that the courier did not arrive - Kauthar isaccs then responded on the 14th ( 1 WEEEK GONE) once again apologizing for the inconvenience caused and tell me the courier have confirmed that and reschedule pick up for the next day, on the 17 June again Kauther says she has AGAIN confirmed that pick up will be on the 18 June the next day, on the 19 (WEEK 2) again i send an email courier have not arrived, on the 21 june - i spoke to Zintle Dubeni who advises me i can go drop the items off at a pick up point.lets recap its been 14 days awaiting delivery, every day i have to be stuck at home, because EVERYDAY Im told couriers are coming, for them to never pitch. FRom the 17 june im already telling everyone i speak to i want to rather go drop off the items at a pick up point because the COURIER NEVER ARRIVE!!!! The response is still they will investigate with courier and get back to me - after each call and email i wait 48 hour for a response which will say the courier are coming and yes TO THEM NEVER ARRIVING!!! 22 June spoke to Nadine Piedt again- said will follow up with courier Today is the 24 June - It has been 16 DAYS waiting for your couriers, i have numerous times requested that you cancel the request and ill log another return and go drop off the item myself at a pick up point. This has been a frustrating, tedious, and disgusting service from Superbalist.”

“I've been login for a refund before the lockdown, was told they tracking down my order... finally a consultant sent an email asking me to confirm my account details I did so but till today I'm waiting for my refund. I'm really tired of writing to client service cause I'm not getting any assistance. I just want my refund.”

“Bought a pair of DIESEL flip flops, yey, they were soft as a baby's bum, went to DIESEL Menlyn, saw the same shoes, they were totally different to what i got, so i wore the ones i got from superbalist 3 times, the sole was already finished, they were rubbish, FAKE!!!!! VERY POOR QUALITY. You will one day buy a fake product for 5k with this people. Run”

“I ordered some shoes for winter as I am not allowed to travel back to the UK, the delivery said it will be here today 15 May now when I looked online to see what time it will be here they extended it to 22nd of May. I placed my order on 26 of April already. And there is no person to contact. I also tried emailing but just loading the whole time like yesterday when I wanted to purchase more shoes my payment didnt go through and tried multiple times”

“I had the worse experience ever! I ordered a coat. It did not arrive on the day it should have , and I was told 2 days later that it got lost in transit. I felt like another one could have been organized I wasnt even asked what I preferred I was just told that I'd get a refund. I am really unhappy. Have you ever expected something and gotten so disappointed? That was me and that was my first experience. Sad part is that all those around me have such positive feedback about superbalist and that's why I thought I should give it a shot. But ja hey...unhappy customer here!”
