“When you buy a sword, MAKE SURE to go through the description to see if it mentions the wait time. I ended up with one that needed 14 weeks to complete and waiting was a nightmare. The team did keep me updated though but I would not have bought if I knew I had to wait that long. The sword that arrived is exquisite and I am happy with it, but I will not go through the waiting process again.”

We strive to be as transparent as possible regarding the processing and delivery times for all the products in our inventory. We have over 1000 products from various suppliers. While many items are ready to ship, some products, like certain high end swords, are only made based on custom orders, but we make sure this information is displayed on the product page. If you prefer to view only the products that are ready to ship, you can use the filters on the category page. You ordered a sword from Z-SEY, which is a high-end product requiring time to make, hence the long waiting time. However, we are happy to hear that you are satisfied with the product. Thank you!
