“Phone case is bent as if been carried in back pocket. When pressing main button the whole inner workings move. Very poor refurbishment system. Rob Siarkiewicz”

“Absolutely over the moon with the refurbished iPhone 7. Brought it for my 11 year old son ready for secondary school. Slight mark down the corner of the screen but can’t see it when it’s on. Very quick service, so have now ordered another iPhone for my older son.”

“+ excellent iPhone X - as new. + second phone we have bought from Swycha and we will be back in the future. + easy to order, pay for and took 5 days to arrive. + JP and colleague Tom (I think) were flexible & helpful with my less standard customer service enquiry! - took a few days to initially hear following us completing a ‘contact us’ form & I needed to follow it up to start the process. (Strange answer choices below to “how quick did the company respond to your queries”! It only gives answers in hours OR more than a week. Ticked more than a week as it was days rather than hours). - iPhone 11 is same price new at local apple shop as refurbished with Swycha. (iPhone X however was good price in my opinion)”

“The phone we received took 6 hours to charge 62%, the apple spec for the phone is 100% charge in 3 hours. I am contacting The Range to arrange to return the phone to you.”
