“to early to tell on product bought to use in the north of Scotland, as yet not received it, tracking says will be here today so far 18.15 still no parcel does not look promising was told it would be here today and paid extra for it”

“Excellent delivery time. So far MT-Mini seems good value for the facilities it offers. Would be good to have known that there is an RJ45 socket as well as wifi ready. Some installation points are not intuitive, so it helps to be a bit techie. Some internet apps are a bit unpredictable in connection. Manual not good.”

“Ordered a Humax DTR2000T 1Tb from the online catalogue after discussing the specification with online chat before 15:00 on Friday. Advised Monday afternoon that the unit was not available and maybe does not even exist. Offered the 500Gb version instead, but price not competitive. Full refund provided without any hassle.”

“arrived sooner than expected & quality expected. Sight damage to edge of dish believe due to edge resting in bottom of packaging. Easily bent back & not affecting dish reflector shape. Being perforated dish edge much less rigid. Packaging require internal support to hold dish off bottom of packaging to avoid issues in future. No parts missing & for price good quality. Performance unknown until installed. But have no reason to expect poor performance.”

“On the 1st July I placed the following order WEB4932 . I paid an extra £11.00 for gauraunteed delivery in two working days as I am leaving the country early Monday 6th July . Delivery in Monday 6th is no good to me as I will be France from then onwards . I contacted your support team on Friday and as was told by Becky the order was on the van for delivery on Friday . The order did not arrive . As the order has arrived within the time I requested and paid extra for in will no longer be requiring the goods . Please do not try and deliver them on Monday so please return them and issue me with a full refund included the extra postage I paid for . Considering your office is in East Finchley and I paid an extra £11.00 postage I find it extremely poor that you could not deliver to a Esssex address within the timescales that I paid for .”

We apologise for the delay to your item. The item was sent on time on our side, however the courier unfortunately delayed the parcel. This can happen from time to time and it is out of our Control. As we did not meet the expected delivery time a full refund has been issued for the late delivery. Although most couriers are punctual next day delivery is not guaranteed. Majority of our next day deliveries are punctual and on time.
