“I was very impressed with " Matt" he was very patient with me when asking about potentially faulty goods which as it turned out I didn't even purchase from them, always returning my e-mails . When I did order a replacement through them it was cost effective and was delivered on time. If I ever need this sort of product again would use SystemSat”

“We have a problem as we have not received our delivery even though the tracking system says it is delivered in good condition! I don't know who has received the delivery but it's certainly not us! After numerous emails to yourselves ans the French delivery company, we have received no replies. Perhaps you could help? Patricia James.”

Please Call us on Monday Morning 0330 008 0872 - We have to go on what information is provided by the courier, We will have to investigate this. In the meantime we suggest that you check local neighbors and where possible contact TNT in france 357 395 220. They should assign a Case ID for you, If you do this please do keep us informed. Note to all customers, If there is an active issue, please Call us, We will endevour to iron out issues within the day. Ideally we should be rated on both service and how we rectify issues that arise, please don't rate us when there is an active issue as this can take a while to clarify or resolve. Our customers are at the center of all our actions.

“Delivery service was excellent we were kept up to date in every part of the despatch process so was very impressed initially. What a shame when the goods arrived that the installation instuctions were completely different to the products we received. After two hours trying to work out how to put together we finally assembled the products. The proof will be in the pudding when we use the dish at the weekend. So would have been a very good rating if the above was clearer. Thanks Jane Robinson”

“I ordered 100m webro wf100 for £39.95 including delivery .that is a very good price compared to other sellers . I was told it would take 3-5 days to be delivered but it was delivered only two days after ordering only two days later I will certainly use this company again”
