“Your sleep advice for our 9 month old was a total game changer. Putting her to bed awake and allowing her to fall asleep on her own changed everything for us. You make your classes very doable for busy moms by breaking it up into segments that are very digestible. I so appreciate all your excellent advice! Thank you! ❤️”

“Worth the small investment. Didn’t think it would go this smoothly and this fast. By night 3 she was going to sleep , in her own room , on her crib with no fussing. I was worried I’d miss the cuddles I experienced the first year but we’ve found so many other ways to cuddle and I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. This is baby girl #3 and I’m not in my 20s anymore so not sleeping was really getting to me. Thankful for this easy program, and the ability to do whatever I want while she is out for bed btw 7-8 pm for a full 12 hours of sleep.”

“Our first baby was a great sleeper from day one, so we were not anticipating our second being such a struggle. He was up multiple times a night for the first 5 months. My husband decided we had nothing to lose by giving the class a shot. Within 3 nights, our little guy was sleeping through the night- 11 hours without a peep from the nursery! I cannot recommend Cara's tips and classes enough!!”

“I’m a FTM and purchased the First Five Months Bundle and ABCs of sleep. Everything about being a FTM was overwhelming and these resources have been so helpful in providing me simple and useful strategies. Taking Cara Babies became an almost one stop shop for answering questions about sleep and schedules and much much more. I also appreciate the compassionate and non-judgmental approach she takes to her advice. Being a mom is hard enough and she approached everything with so much understanding. I would highly recommend to any first time parents. Even if you cannot afford or choose not to purchase a class, her website is full of so much useful information.”

“Couldn't be more thankful for this class. Our son was born 6 weeks early and has had a bunch of medical issues. For nine months, he only slept for a few hours at a time. Thanks to this class, he is now sleeping through the night. I would highly recommend this class to anyone whose baby is having sleep issues.”

“This course was recommended by a sister in law who had a baby only a month older than myself and we were both struggling with terrible sleepers! I was up 5 times a night with my 7 month old nursing him back to sleep every time. By day 4 he slept through the night with only the appointed dream feeds and I was honestly blown away by how quickly this sleep training method worked!! An actual live saver and 6 days all feedings were cut and he's been sleeping through the night ever since! Highly recommend! Cara gives you all the information and confidence you need to make it work!”

“I had my first baby this year and as you probably know, they don’t come home from the hospital with instruction manuals. It’s scary! I took the newborn class and started “practicing” until my daughter was four weeks old (like Cara said to do in the class), and there was a really smooth transition once she was old enough to fully implement at four weeks old. I promise that I am being 100% honest when I say this: my daughter started sleeping through the night at SIX WEEKS!!!! The first time she did it I thought it was just a fluke, maybe she was just really tired? But then she did it again, and again, and again!! I’m so happy I took this class and I can’t wait to take the other courses as she gets older.”
