“Cara’s classes are a must-have for new moms or any mom who wants to learn more about sleep for their babies. I am a first time mom who took Cara’s newborn class. Following the steps provided, I was able to help my son learn to sleep stretches of 8-9 hours at night by the time he was 2 months old. He is now 6 months old and sleeping 11-12 hours straight at night. Taking Cara Babies has been a blessing.”

“Following the 5 month sleep lessons has helped my family out so much! My baby sleeps 90 minutes for naps and sleeps 12 hours straight through the night. If we didn’t go through your lessons I don’t know if I’d have any sanity left me in. As she gets older and needs less naps I know learning through you about transitioning will help us move through those periods with ease. Thank you so much for providing these for me. I recommend you to every mom that tells me they’re struggling with sleep”

“Two words: Game Changer. Taking Cara Babies skyrocketed my newborn’s sleep to 7-8 hours a night at 9 weeks old! We took the “Will I Ever Sleep Again?” course and I recommend to anyone having a baby. TCB content comes in bite size videos that include real life examples of Cara working hands on with newborns. Her tools are practical and easy to apply, I genuinely have nothing but great things to say about her content!”

“We used Taking Cara Babies as brand new, one week old parents and it saved us. We had a decent sleeper from the start due using the newborn class and just followed it lightly as we needed it. Fast forward 10 months and now our newly one year old stopped sleeping through the night and we have gone on for at least two months like this. Again, unsure what to do we turned to Cara. And thank goodness we did. One week of the ABCs of sleep and we were back to having our amazing little sleeper again.”

“I cannot recommend Cara’s classes enough! There is so much rich content, but it’s all broken into short videos, so you can watch one while you get dressed, while you brush your teeth, while you’re unloading the dishwasher, or even while driving (just don’t watch!). And you just watch the content that’s appropriate for your baby’s age, and you can come back later as they get older. We saw improvements almost immediately! It’s also a huge relief to know what to do in all sorts of situations. So thankful for these courses and Cara’s knowledge!”

“We attended Cara’s live class in 2017, and used her program with all three of our children, now 7, 6, and 4. All three have been champion sleepers thanks to Cara and her program. Her staff has been so kind over the years to answer any questions that have come up along the way, and I am especially grateful to Priscilla, who gave me some amazing advice with my oldest child that I still think of today! We have since purchased her class for multiple friends and family members who have all had success with the information offered! This program is truly the best there is, and has completely shaped my time as a stay at home mom and helped me to enjoy all three of my babies in an amazing way.”
